Coördinator Mission Equipment

Summary

To ensure a smooth operational planning of our equipment for our projects, we are currently looking for a Life Cycle Coördinator Mission Equipment.

You prepare the operational planning of mission equipment for project mobilization and execute an operational follow up of this
You are an ambassador of the Project Launch Department, you act as a partner to projects and are responsible to deliver the best service
You identify the need to procure assets and prepare the necessary motivation
You are responsible for budget control and baremas and ensure mission equipment is insured at lowest rate
You ensure mission equipment is ready for use prior mobilization to project
You ensure the quality of inspecting, registering the whereabout & triggering the correct financial intra-bookings of more than 10 000 assets
You set out the criteria to which equipment is ready for use, to be repaired or to be decommissioned

You are a qualified Bachelor in Industrial or Civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in (electro)mechanics or the equivalent by experience
You are able to express yourself fluently in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset
You are pro-active & provide solutions
You are accurate and have good communication skills
You are customer minded
You have profound skills with IT tools (Excel, Power BI, EAM, Teams)
You are analytical: you are able to make detailed analyses as well as creating memo’s
You have good leadership skills towards white & blue collar workers
You are willing to go abroad for periods up to 1 week (approx. 10%)
