If you follow a maritime education at a maritime institute and you are free during the Summer period for 4 weeks, it would be nice to get to know you during an internship! You gain sailing time and experience on a DEME vessel. Please apply with your CV and motivation letter. We let you know the result of the selection in May 2024.

QA/QC Engineer Energy Island Belgian Coast

The capacity of the Belgian wind farms will be greatly improved in the predicted years. A 2nd offshore wind zone is being planned in the Princess Elisabeth zone off the Belgian coast. To bring this energy ashore, an energy hub is being built in the sea, in the form of an island, more than 40 km off the Belgian coast. This island – the Princess Elisabeth Island – will house the electrical components to bring the energy from the annual wind farms to the mainland. The Princess Elisabeth Island will be the first energy island in the world, a unique project.
