To support its expanding activities DEME Concessions is looking to strengthen its team with a Green Hydrogen Engineering Manager. You will be based at the head office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with multidisciplinary project development teams. You will work in the Technical Green Hydrogen team and report to the General Manager Green Hydrogen.
DEME has launched a group-wide Procurement Transition Program (PTP) to implement the most optimal Procurement Operating Model to support our long-term growth ambitions. The Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) is part of the new Procurement organization that has been established to achieve this goal. As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary dispatched/assigned to provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award. You will analyze the employer requirements and implement according to the corporate Project Management System (PMS) as best fit for the project. You will make sure as a minimum the processes & tools are implemented for Schedule, Contract, Interface and Cost management. At DEME we strive to have sound project management capabilities and systems that can develop and deliver projects successfully, time and time again and without waste.
As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary assigned to the Central Project Management Office (CPMO) to provide support and assistance in the creation of the DEME aligned Project Management System (PMS).
The goal is to facilitate all new DEME's projects with a PMS Library with documents, templates and applications to quickly startup a project.
With your experience you will create and improve the content in the PMS, and will coordinate the alignment of PMS-content between Activity Lines.
You will provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award, by analyzing the contract and implement according to the corporate PMS as best fit for the project.
You will assist, coordinate or manage the development of solutions for tenders and projects to work leaner, smarter and more integrated.
You will train project staff on topics regarding process management, project controls or the implementation of new developments.
You will monitor the performance of the PMS-content on live projects, where you will make suggestions to improve the efficiency & effectiveness
To do this you are familiar with all phases of project management, able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.

You will be based at the head office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with multidisciplinary project development teams. You will work in the Engineering Department and report to both the Engineering Team Manager and to the Respective Project Managers for project specifics.

As a tender engineer you will be involved in marine infrastructure/civil projects (i.e. port & harbor constructions, immersed tunnels, tunneling and foundation works) that complement and reinforce DEME’s activities. This activity line has a total of 150 employees and you will be part of the tender team.
As Tender Manager you will be involved in complex civil and maritime works (i.e. port & harbor constructions, immersed tunnels, tunneling and foundation works). We provide our client’s advices and services at all stages of their projects, from early in the design phase till the end of the construction phase. Because of the wide variety of specialisations, we are looking for motivated candidates to reinforce our team.
