The BISS Operations Helpdesk Team is responsible for supporting the workstations of all DEME employees. As an IT Helpdesk Operator, you are part of the worldwide support and you are the contact for all employees. You help these employees with their questions, requests and reports of faults. You will work from the head office and can rely on the support of your immediate colleagues. You report to the team leader of the Helpdesk Team and to the BISS Operations Manager.
As a Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international group, supported and coached by an experienced Desk or Tender Manager. As a member of the tender department, you will be part of tender teams and will report to a Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future.
