The Category Manager Consumables drives and implements strategic planning and category management for all categories involving the supply of standard goods or consumables. This role secures up-to-date market knowledge and defines category strategies. In this position, you are responsible for sourcing, negotiation, supplier management but also supervise the R2P process to ensure on time and full compliant delivery of a large volume of goods.

As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary dispatched/assigned to provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award. You will analyze the employer requirements and implement according to the corporate Project Management System (PMS) as best fit for the project. You will make sure as a minimum the processes & tools are implemented for Schedule, Contract, Interface and Cost management. As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary assigned to the Central Project Management Office (CPMO) to provide support and assistance in the creation of the DEME aligned Project Management System (PMS).
The goal is to facilitate all new DEME's projects with a PMS Library with documents, templates and applications to quickly startup a project.
With your experience you will create and improve the content in the PMS, and will coordinate the alignment of PMS-content between Activity Lines.
You will provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award, by analyzing the contract and implement according to the corporate PMS as best fit for the project.
You will assist, coordinate or manage the development of solutions for tenders and projects to work leaner, smarter and more integrated.
You will train project staff on topics regarding process management, project controls or the implementation of new developments.
You will monitor the performance of the PMS-content on live projects, where you will make suggestions to improve the efficiency & effectiveness
To do this you are familiar with all phases of project management, able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.

To support its expanding activities DEME Concessions is looking to strengthen its Engineering Team with a Project Development Engineer. You will be based at the head office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with multidisciplinary project development teams. You will work in the Engineering Department and report to both the Engineering Team Manager and to the Respective Project Managers for project specifics.
As a Tender Planning Engineer, you will be temporary assigned to provide support and assistance during the tender phase until the hand-over to the project team. Based on the Scope of Work, employer requirements and scheduling guidelines you will prepare the level 3 contractual baseline schedule. You will run and analyze various scenarios for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of our projects. The DEME warehouse is part of the department Distribution & Logistics and Procurement. The key tasks of the warehouse is the on time delivery of goods and spareparts. It's clients are vessels, projects or colleagues worldwide.
The warehouse consists of an operational team (13) and a team of coordinators (4). The Warehouse Coordinators are responsible for the clients, planning and dispatch of the warehouse. They report to the Warehouse Manager.
