The Category Manager Consumables drives and implements strategic planning and category management for all categories involving the supply of standard goods or consumables. This role secures up-to-date market knowledge and defines category strategies. In this position, you are responsible for sourcing, negotiation, supplier management but also supervise the R2P process to ensure on time and full compliant delivery of a large volume of goods.
The Category Manager HR services drives and implements strategic planning and category management for a group of categories connected to HR including contingent workforce, recruiting services, training services, payroll services, etc. In a second stage the scope could be extended to other connected categories. This role secures up-to-date market knowledge and defines category strategies. In this position, you are responsible for sourcing, negotiation and overall supplier management for large volumes and/or complex processes.

As a Logistics Engineer, you will ensure the organization and implementation of the logistics process aimed at providing DEME with timely access to assets at optimal conditions. You will work out and follow up on the entire supply chain of Offshore Renewables projects during the complete life cycle of projects. As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary dispatched/assigned to provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award. You will analyze the employer requirements and implement according to the corporate Project Management System (PMS) as best fit for the project. You will make sure as a minimum the processes & tools are implemented for Schedule, Contract, Interface and Cost management.
