The Category Manager Consumables drives and implements strategic planning and category management for all categories involving the supply of standard goods or consumables. This role secures up-to-date market knowledge and defines category strategies. In this position, you are responsible for sourcing, negotiation, supplier management but also supervise the R2P process to ensure on time and full compliant delivery of a large volume of goods.

As a project QHSE engineer you will be part of the team that is on site on one of our dredging projects worldwide, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices on site, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures.
As a Logistics Engineer, you will ensure the organization and implementation of the logistics process aimed at providing DEME with timely access to assets at optimal conditions. You will work out and follow up on the entire supply chain of Offshore Renewables projects during the complete life cycle of projects. As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary dispatched/assigned to provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award. You will analyze the employer requirements and implement according to the corporate Project Management System (PMS) as best fit for the project. You will make sure as a minimum the processes & tools are implemented for Schedule, Contract, Interface and Cost management. At DEME we strive to have sound project management capabilities and systems that can develop and deliver projects successfully, time and time again and without waste.
As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary assigned to the Central Project Management Office (CPMO) to provide support and assistance in the creation of the DEME aligned Project Management System (PMS).
The goal is to facilitate all new DEME's projects with a PMS Library with documents, templates and applications to quickly startup a project.
With your experience you will create and improve the content in the PMS, and will coordinate the alignment of PMS-content between Activity Lines.
You will provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award, by analyzing the contract and implement according to the corporate PMS as best fit for the project.
You will assist, coordinate or manage the development of solutions for tenders and projects to work leaner, smarter and more integrated.
You will train project staff on topics regarding process management, project controls or the implementation of new developments.
You will monitor the performance of the PMS-content on live projects, where you will make suggestions to improve the efficiency & effectiveness
To do this you are familiar with all phases of project management, able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.

QHSE is one of the support departments that is involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ. All matters that are a valuable understanding among our shareholders. As audit coordinator you will share many challenges and job satisfaction together with all DEME employees, because people are our greatest asset. You will ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the internal audit system in relation to ISO certifications. You will also be a key player in leading or facilitating improvement/change processes within the Corporate DEME Integrated QHSE management.
