As a business or data analyst you will play a vital role in improving our internal way of working with better systems, processes and getting valuable insight out of data. Programming is not a must but it is essential that you have experience with digital tools and data platforms (f.e. SQL) and have a truly analytical mindset. Thanks to your experience with statistical principals, your project management skills and your change mindset, you see potential for optimizing current business processes.

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for the project management system. You will provide a document control service, maintaining effective control of all project documentation, consistent with company standards, processes and project eDMS systems (Aconex or Sharepoint).
QHSE is one of the supporting departments that is involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, sites and offices. As QHSE Coordinator you are a key player in leading and facilitating the continuous improvement of our organisation!

As a Project QHSE engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our offshore projects. You will collaborate with employees of all nationalities and disciplines and you might work on board of our vessels, on the project site or in one of our offices. You will be responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices on site, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures. Together we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.
As a Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international group, supported and coached by an experienced Desk or Tender Manager. As a member of the tender department, you will be part of tender teams and will report to a Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future.
