As a Cable Lay Supervisor, you will work on board of one of our offshore vessels and be responsible for the loading, transporting and installation of subsea cables. You will lead a team on board and will coordinate all necessary works and stakeholders to make sure cable is laid in the most safe and optimal way. As a Docking Team leader you will be working on the dockings of our dredging and offshore fleet worldwide. You will be working in a multidisciplinary team managing various aspects of the docking projects.
To support its expanding activities DEME Concessions is looking to strengthen its team with a Green Hydrogen Engineering Manager. You will be based at the head office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with multidisciplinary project development teams. You will work in the Technical Green Hydrogen team and report to the General Manager Green Hydrogen.

As a Mission Equipment Expert, you will be responsible for dedicated technical follow-up of certain types of Mission Equipment such as drill rigs, Monopile grippers, Cable Installation System, trencher, Modiga and deck cranes (among others). You will work for our mobilization projects for our Offshore Activity Line fleet at the Deme Offshore Base in Vlissingen.
Within this role, you will work on mobilization, commissioning, maintenance and repair of technical assets, analyses and improve equipment’s performance, in line with internal business demands and QSHE-S guidelines, in order to contribute to a high-quality, reliable and safe equipment against optimal costs and to optimally enable Operations to execute client projects. As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary dispatched/assigned to provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award. You will analyze the employer requirements and implement according to the corporate Project Management System (PMS) as best fit for the project. You will make sure as a minimum the processes & tools are implemented for Schedule, Contract, Interface and Cost management. At DEME we strive to have sound project management capabilities and systems that can develop and deliver projects successfully, time and time again and without waste.
As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be temporary assigned to the Central Project Management Office (CPMO) to provide support and assistance in the creation of the DEME aligned Project Management System (PMS).
The goal is to facilitate all new DEME's projects with a PMS Library with documents, templates and applications to quickly startup a project.
With your experience you will create and improve the content in the PMS, and will coordinate the alignment of PMS-content between Activity Lines.
You will provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award, by analyzing the contract and implement according to the corporate PMS as best fit for the project.
You will assist, coordinate or manage the development of solutions for tenders and projects to work leaner, smarter and more integrated.
You will train project staff on topics regarding process management, project controls or the implementation of new developments.
You will monitor the performance of the PMS-content on live projects, where you will make suggestions to improve the efficiency & effectiveness
To do this you are familiar with all phases of project management, able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, understand quality control concepts and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.
