You will be part of the DEME legal department, situated at DEME’s headquarters, with an extensive and complimentary team of in-house legal counsels, each of them covering and responsible for one or more geographical areas in the world, DEME business units and particular professional domains.
As a Lead Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our offshore projects. You will collaborate with employees of different nationalities and disciplines and you will be located at our HQ. We are currently looking for and experienced Lead Engineer who can manage (large) offshore cable installation projects, having both a strong engineering but also installation background. As a Project Controls Engineer you will be temporary assigned to provide support and assistance during the start-up of a project after contract award. You will analyse the employer requirements and implement according to the corporate Project Management System (PMS) as best fit for the project. You are the key person in making sure that the minimum of processes & tools are implemented for Schedule, Contract, Interface and Cost management.
With your experience you will create and improve the content in the PMS and will coordinate the alignment of PMS-content between Activity Lines. You need to be familiar with all phases of project management and have to be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds. You like to understand quality control concepts and you are good in developing creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.

As a Project Procurement Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and execution of our offshore projects. You will be the first point of contact for the project for any procurement related matter from tender to execution. You will make sure that all procurement knowledge (e.g. processes, tools, expertise) is available and clear to all project members, and will take the lead of an internal Cross Functional Team that consists of different disciplines (Engineering, QHSE, Legal, Finance and Tendering, among others).
Als service engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de exploitatie en het onderhoud van proceswater- en afvalwaterwaterzuiveringsinstallaties. As a Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international group, supported and coached by an experienced Desk or Tender Manager. As a member of the tender department, you will be part of tender teams and will report to a Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future.
As a Tender Engineer, you will take part in the acquisition process of DEME’s global offshore projects “tendering”. You will play a key role in the preparation and submission of tender proposals to our clients. As a member of the Tender Department, you will be allocated to one or several tender teams, and will report for each tender to the Tender Manager.
