A look back at our insightful Career Day at our DEME Campus!

On Saturday, March 29, we hosted the third edition of our Belgian Career Day at our DEME Campus in Zwijndrecht. A day dedicated to attracting new talent and showcasing the exciting career opportunities within our organization.

We kicked off the day with a warm welcome and breakfast in our beautiful DEME Lookout, followed by an introduction to DEME, personal interviews, and testimonials from experienced DEME colleagues. The candidates also participated in a business case exercise, presenting their solutions for typical project scenarios.

Throughout the day, participants got in touch with some DEME employees, gaining valuable insights into what it's like to work at DEME. The event concluded with a wrap-up session, leaving everyone inspired and ready for the next steps in their career journey with us.
