As a Data Support Officer in our Technical Competence Center, you are responsible for the creation and update of master data objects in Maximo, in close cooperation with technical experts and our internal customers.
The BISS Operations Helpdesk Team is responsible for supporting the workstations of all DEME employees. As an IT Helpdesk Operator, you are part of the worldwide support and you are the contact for all employees. You help these employees with their questions, requests and reports of faults. You will work from the head office and can rely on the support of your immediate colleagues. You report to the team leader of the Helpdesk Team and to the BISS Operations Manager.
The IT Business Partner will serve as a primary link between the IT department and business/departments, in this case specifically the HR and Finance Departments, as well as our Environmental activity Line.
The main goal of the partner is to develop IT roadmaps, execute solution discovery, improve service management, … The IT Business Partner will not only offer expert consulting services but will also actively participate in technology projects and initiatives. They need to communicate relevant updates (strategy, projects, initiatives, service performance, …) both to the IT community and to the business stakeholders. They play a key role in sharing knowledge across the company and identify synergies related to technology.
In partnership, they identify opportunities to increase efficiency and/or business value of IT.
The docking controller joins our docking teams to financially control the repair budget start-to-end. He/she also coordinates all administrative necessities (logistic, housing, practical) during the complete repair of our vessels.
To manage our fleet of vessels, Vessels are build, maintained and repaired worldwide. The senior finance controller faces the challenge of providing the financial overview of the fleet from newbuilding till the end of a vessel’s lifetime.
The ideal controller pursues a financial role with coordinating responsibilities in a technical environment.
