In an operational environment with an involvement in complex contract structures, with high expectations from clients and with increasing regulatory restrictions from authorities, DEME is looking for a Contract Manager to strengthen its Contract Management Division.
As a Contract Manager, you will provide support on a project-related basis and from a contractual-technical perspective, in executing the contracts DEME has entered into with clients or main contractors and the subcontracts and supply agreements thereunder.

To support its expanding activities DEME Concessions is looking to strengthen its team with a Commercial Contracts Manager for green hydrogen. The Contracts Manager will be working on international hydrogen projects (“Deme Hyport®” concept) and be involved with multidisciplinary project development teams. Hyport Energy is the green hydrogen -focused division of DEME Concessions. We're looking for a Business Analyst who'll strengthen the Hyport Energy corporate development team, reporting to the General Manager. The position will be based at the Head Office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with the multidisciplinary project development teams. The Business Analyst must have a desire to work in international teams and have attention to detail. It is expected to be flexible in terms of location of projects and travel frequently on a fly-in/ fly-out basis. The Business Analyst might be relocated for several months to a particular area according to the project(s) she/he is involved in.

Als Ondersteunend Coördinator Grondstromen werk je mee aan dit ongeziene project en ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen over grondtransport m.b.t. onze bagger-en grondwerken op dit project.
