We are seeking for a Tender Engineer to join the tender team for offshore projects of transport and installation of Wind Turbine Generators around the world.
As a Tender Engineer, you will take part in the acquisition process of DEME’s global offshore projects “tendering”. You will play a key role in the preparation and submission of tender proposals to our clients. As a member of the Tender Department, you will be allocated to one or several tender teams with a Tender Manager in charge, so you will be working closely with many different people. Together, we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.
This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Fredericia, Denmark, and we expect you to join the office, but working from home from time to time is of course an option.
As a System Engineer you are responsible for the design, configuration and support of our IT installations worldwide. Next to that you provide general network support and you give internal trainings when you feel it's needed.

DEME's Water injection dredger Dhamra is operating in German waters. The skipper is the head of the watch and performs the dredging duties with the jets, respecting the requirements of the client. You are the point of contact for the local authorities, communicating in German. The skippers of Dhamra work in a 4 weeks on, 4 weeks of system, but flexibility is required.
As a project manager for dockings you are responsible for the overall management of the project. This will include activities like major repairs, mobilisations and modifications of our fleet. Depending on the size, you will manage one or more projects simultaneously.
