As a project QHSE engineer you will be part of the team that is on site on one of our dredging projects worldwide, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices on site, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures.

To support its expanding activities DEME Concessions is looking to strengthen its team with a Commercial Contracts Manager for green hydrogen. The Contracts Manager will be working on international hydrogen projects (“Deme Hyport®” concept) and be involved with multidisciplinary project development teams. He reports to the Senior Business Development Manager and the General Manager Green Hydrogen. The candidate must have a desire to work in international teams and have attention to detail. The candidate will be expected to be flexible in terms of location and projects, and will need to travel frequently on a fly-in/ fly-out basis.

The mission of the Internal Audit & Advisory Services department is to provide independent, objective assurance that DEME’s risk management, governance, business and internal control processes are operating effectively. It helps the Group, and its affiliates accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve these processes through audits, recommendations and consulting activities.
Within DEME, the Internal Audit team conducts audit engagements following a risk-based audit plan and reports the result of these assessments to the Audit Committee, the Executive Committee and relevant stakeholders.

As a Cable Lay Superintendent, you will work on board of one of our offshore vessels and be responsible for the loading, transporting and installation of subsea cables. You will lead a team on board and will coordinate all necessary works and stakeholders to make sure cable is laid in the most safe and optimal way. Together, we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.
As a works manager, you are responsible for the operational execution of the works on site. You can rely on a team of site superintendents and project engineers. You report directly to the project manager. You focus on the bigger scheme of things whereas the superintendents deal with day to day issues.
